Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 Operating License Application Submittal Date In response to the referenced letter, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) will submit an operating license application to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in November of 1982. This is in support of a fuel loading date of early December of 1985 followed by commercial operation in May of 1986.
