COMANCHF. PEAK STEAN ELECTRIC STATION (CPSES)

DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50 446 RESPONSE TO INFORMAL NRC QUESTIONS REGARDING l CPSES ORGANIZATION .j Gentlemen:  :

During a conversation with the NRC, the following NRC concer:is were raised by  ;

the reviewer. j More information is needed regarding the 6 months hot operations experience for at least one SRO per shift. Specifically requested were i

the dates and plants for this experience. Attachment 1 lists eight (8) '

SRO licensed individuals with the experience data requested.

l More information is needed regarding projected staffing levels for Unit 1 l l operation. Current projections of Unit I staffing are illustrated in i Attachment 2. This staffing plan is an estimate and is subject to  ;

revision, as necessary, after CPSES begins operating.  ;

The third concern pertained to the Independent Safety Engineering Group  !

(ISEG) and a request by the reviewer to make the FSAR consistent with the  ;

Technical S>ecifications. A future FSAR change, as shown in Attachment 3,  :

has be6n su)mitted, j TV Electric feels this information satisfies the reviewer's concerns. .

However, if there are additional questions, contact Mr. Greg Bell at j 214 812 4373. j Sincerely,
