COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WITH RESPECT TO REQUEST TO AMEND CONSTRUCTION PERMITS CPPR-126 AND CPPR-127

Dear Dr. Denton:

Pursuant to a request by your Mr. Spottswood Burwell on November 2,1979, this will confirm that:

1. there will be no additional or modified transmission facilities as a result of Texas Municipal Power Agency (TMPA) and Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. (BEPC) becoming part owners of Comanche Peak and
2. there will be no changes in plant design as a result of TMPA and BEPC becoming part owners of Comanche Peak.
