On September 14, 1992, Unit 1 was downpevered for turbino valvo testing; the Unit was downpowered further and then taken offline to repair Safety Valve V1202. The repairwork was completed on September 23, 1992. On September 24, '
1992, while Unit 1 was at approximately 42% power and increasing, a reactor /turbino trip caused by a blown capacitor on a speed sensing circuit of the Deli Control System occurred. Unit 1 was offline until September 28, 1992, when the problems were resolved.
On September 29, 1992, the Unit was returned to 100% power and remained there for the rest of the month.
In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challongos to the PORVs or safety valves during the report period.
