Thank you for your letter, dated December 13, 1988, which responded to Inspection Report No. 50-186/88003, dated November 16, 1988. In your letter, you requested that'NRC Region III reevaluate the Severity Level assigned to the violation and noted that the Severity Level IV designation seemed inappropriate because the violation was, in your judgement, of minor safeguards significanc We have reviewed your request and have coordinated with our enforcement specialist to respond to your. concern. We have concluded that the Severity Level IV violation designation is appropriate for the reasons described in the enclosure to this lette This issue concerns a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure according to Part 73, Titic 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.21(c)(2).
