ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 27 TO AMENDED FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-103 - UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI-COLUMBIA (TAC N0. M89195)
The Commission 'as issued the_ enclosed Amendment No. 27 to Amended Facility h
License No. R-103 for the University of Missouri-Columbia Research Reactor (MURR). The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your submittal dated March 28, 1994, as supplemented on September 2, 1994.
The amendment allows the installation of a single pool cooling system heat exchanger in place of the two existing heat exchangers.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 27 is also enclosed.
