EMERGENCY PLAN FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI RESEARCH REACTOR The staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has completed i.,
review and evaluation of changes to the Emergency Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) that you submitted on September 18, 1991, as supplemented on September 26, 1991, in compliance with 10 CFR 50.54(q). The changes were reviewed against Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 50, the guidance criteria set forth in Regulatory Guide 2.6 (Rev. 1) and ANSI /ANS 15.16,
" Emergency Planning for Research Reactors."
Based on its review, the staff concludes that the changes to the Emergency Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor maintains compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
We have determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your approved plan, and are, therefore, acceptable.
