ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 22 TO AMENDED FACILITY LICENSE N0. R-103 - UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI AT COLUMBIA (TAC NO. M84018)

The Commission has-issued the enclosed Amendment No. 22 to Amended Facility License No._R-103 for the University of Missouri-Columbia Research Reactor.

The' amendment consists of changes to the Amended Facility License in response to your submittal dated July 2, 1992, as supplemented on Jtly 28, 1992.

The amendment rescinds the temporary possession limit increases in special nuclear material granted by Amendment Nos. 19 and 21 to the Amended Facility License cnd clarifies the special nuclear material and byproduct possession clauses of the Amended Facility License.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 22 is enclosed.
