Written communication specified in 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iii) regarding changes to the security plan without p<or Commission approval as provided for in 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2)
Enclosed are revised page: to the Physical Security Plan for the University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR).
These changes do not decreate the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and are being made without prior Commission approval ai provided for in 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2)
The revisions include updating three figures, correcting a section reference number, and reordering the steps of one procedure.
We request that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure as it has been classified as SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as per 10 CFR 73.21(b)(1). No person may have access to Safeguards Information unless the person has an established "need to know" for this information and s autbeied i
