INITIAL EXAMINATION REPORT NO. 50-186/0L-93-01 J
During the week of July 26, 1993, the NRC administered an initial examination I
to an employee of your facility who had applied for a license to operate your University of Missouri - Columbia Reactor. The examination was conducted in l
accordance with NUREG-1021, " Operator Licensing Examiner Standards," Revision 6.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff l
identified in the enclosed report.
i In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
