This refers to the telephone conversation on September 29, 1986, between you and Mr. Wayne Slawinski of this office, regarding arrangements for an enforcement meeting between members of our respective organizations. This meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 3,1986 at 1:00 p.m. (CDT) in our office at 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the findings of a recent inspection as it relates to an apparent extremity overexposure, your proposed corrective actions, and the enforcement options available to the NRC.
