Dear Mr. Hultsch:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 30, 1985, which transmitted changes to the " Missouri University Research Reactor (MURR)
Physical Security Plan" under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the changes and determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and therefore acceptable.
It is requested that plan pages with the changes identified in your letter of May 30, 1985 be forwarded to the:
Regional Administrator, Region III U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission 799 Roosevelt Road Glen Ellyn, IL 60540 Future revisions to the " Missouri University Research Reactor Physical Security Plan" under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) should be sent to the regional office for review.
Your letter of May 30, 1985 contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and is being withheld from public disclosure.
