ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT N0. 2h TO AMENDED FACILITY LICENSE NO R-1 UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI - COLUMBIA,'(TAC NO. M97158)
Dear Mr. McKibben:
-The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.<29 to Amended Facility License No. R-103 for the University of Missouri - Columbia Research Reactor (MURR). The amendment consists of changes to the technical specifications (TSs) in response to your submittal of October 29, 1996, as supplemented on January 10, 1997.
The amendment changes aspects of the administrative structure having oversight authority for the MURR and corrects ~an inconsistency in the TSs concerning meeting requirements of the Reactor Advisory Committee.
A copy of the safety evaluation supporting Amendment No. 29 is also enclosed.
