This is in response to your letter dated May 16, 1986, in.which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of documents related to the NRR, IE and Region III onsite review of the Fermi-2 SAFETEAM allegations on June 27-28, 1985.
Documents related to an audit performed on June 27-28, 1985, by NRR, IE and Region III at the Fermi 2 plant were addressed in our response to a previous F0IA request, F0IA-86-356. Copies of our response to that request, and the released records, are available for public inspection and copying in the NRC Public Document Room located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, in file folder F0IA-86-356 under the name Puntenney.
In light of this response, no further action will be taken on your July 16, 1986, letter appealing our lack of response to your FOIA request.
