A correction is made to the Bases for ITS 3.3.1.1, RPS Instrumentation regarding the number of position switches for each MSIV that provide MSIV closure signals to the RPS.

Additional information is provided in the Bases of ITS 3.3.5.2, RCIC System Instrumentation, for the Manual Initiation function. As requested by the NRC reviewer, this material is similar to that provided for the HPCI System in a previous submittal revision.

SR 3.10.5.5 has been modified to be consistent with the LCO and Bases.
