FOIA Request Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, and the implementing regulations in 10 CFR, I am requesting that the Region ill Task Interface Agreement (TIA) related 19 the Fermi 2 Plant be made available. The request was made by the Region to Headquarters and it is my understanding that Headquarters has forwarded its disposition of the matter to the Region. I would like both the request and the respor.se. Tt.9 issue involves the removal of the standby liquid control system in conjunction with the opposite Division diesel generator. This was a URI in Inspection Report 50-341/99-007.
