(Enclosure 1). The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifi ations (TS) in response to your application dated January 28,1998, as revised by an Aug st 26,1998, letter.
The final rule, dated July 29,1996, for Decommissioning of Nuclear Po r Reactors, revised 10 CFR 50.36a to clarify applicability of this section to all licensees of wer reactors whether operating or not. As a result of the revision of 10 CFR 50.36a, you a required to have additional efflunt TS for Fermi 1. Your Januaiy 28,1998, applicati n, as revised, requested to:
