Pursuant the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC 552 et Seq. as amended, the Safe Energy Coalition of Michigan hereby request material as described below:
All information, including documents, reports, minutes, memos, transcripts, etc. pertaining to the Main Steam Turbine Bypass Lines at Fermi - 2.
( a.) This should include information generated at the December 11, 1986 meeting in Bethesda Maryland.
(b.) Also included should be infonnation generated between Region III and Detroit Edison, Region III and other parties, such as the Fermi-2 Independent Overview Committee, Monroe County government officials, INP0, etc.
( c.) Also included should be 'information pertaining to systems directly or indirectly deviating due to the fiain Steam Bypass Lines vibration. This i
should include information on the cracks in instrument lines the week of 1
January 5,1987.
( d.). Also included should be information on the design of the Main Steam Bypass Lines, and all information on their life expectation.
Included should be their specifications for piping qualifications, in other words what category of piping.
This request should' include documentations pertainifig to the Fall 1985 problem as well.
Pursuant, 5 USC 552 (a) (4)(A), we hereby request waiver of all fees in connection with this request "because furnishing the informa-tion can be considered primarily benefitting the general public."
If any fees are to be charged in connection with this request, please notify us in advance for approval at the above address or at this telephone number 313-477-3441 or 313-477-1670.
This advance notice shall not be necessary if the fees are to be less than $ 15 00 in total.
