h M -Ph Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552, the 4 Government Accountability Project (GAP) requests copies of any and all cgency records and information, including but not limited to notes, letters, memoranda, draf ts, minutes, diaries, logs, calendars, tapes, transcripts, summaries, interview reports, procedures, instructions, engineering analyses, drawings, files, graphs, charts, maps, photographs, cgreements, handwritten notes, studies, data sheets, notebooks, books, telephone messages, computations, voice or video recordings, and any other data compilations, interim reports, status reports, final reports, and any and all other records rele rant to or generated in connection with the interviews held by NRC sta ffers William Forney, Charles Weil and John Neisler on June 12, 1984 concerning the Callaway nuclear plant, and/or relevant to or generated in connection with any of the specific allegations cade during those interviews.

GAP requests that fees be waived, because providing the requested  !

information "Can be considered as primarily benefitting the general public," 5 U.S.C. 55 2(a)( 4 )( A). GAP is a non-profit, non partisan public- l interest organization concerned with honest and open government. Through- l legal representation, advice, national conferences, films, publications and public outreach, GAP promotes whistle-blowers as agents of governmental Occountability. GAP is currently working with citizens groups in the Missouri area concerning the Callaway nuclear power plant.

For any documents or portions of documents that you deny access to, please provide an index, as required by Vaughn v. Rosen, 484 F.2d 820 (D.C.

Cir. 1973), cert. denied, 415 U.S. 977 (1977), itemizing and describing the documents or portions of documents withheld, and providing a detailed justification of your grounds for claiming each exemption.
