Dear Ms. Stephens:

This is in partial response to your letter dated August 20, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of all documentation pertaining to all cases regarding the Wolf Creek plant. In a telephone conversation with Ms. Pappas, Ms. Reed, and yourself on October 15, 1985, you narrowed the scope of your request to copies of all the Region IV Allegation Data Forms (ADF) and the background records pertaining to these forms. You also clarified that your request covers the time frame between January 1,1983, through August 20, 1985.

The records identified on the enclosed Appendix A are already available for public inspection and copying in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR). The PDR accession number is noted next to the description of each record. Additional records have been identified in NRC's responses to two previous F0IA requests F01A-85-161 and F01A-85-595 under your name, F01A-85-101 under the names of Varricchio and Devine, and F01A-84-291 under the name of Brosius. The responses are maintained in the PDR, and you may obtain copies of these records by referring to the F0IA folders.

Records originated by the Department of Labor (D0L) have been referred to DOL. We have requested that D0L respond directly to you regarding those records.

With the exception of those records identified by asterisks, which are already in the PDR, the records identified on the enclosed Appendix B are being placed in the PDR in Washington, DC, and at the following NRC Local Public Document Rooms (LPDR):
