Dear Mr. Randciph:

This refers to the public meeting conducted in the Region IV office on March 2,1999. This meeting was held at the licensee's request to provide an update and discuss changes being made to the emergency preparedness and security programs. The list of attendees is attached as Attachment 1.

The licensee presented program updates and organizational changes outlined in Attachment 2.

This meeting was informative and very useful because of the interactive discussions between attendees.

in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,' a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
