During May 1984, you provided the Nuclear Regulatory Commission with information concerning construction deficiencies at the Union Electric Company's Callaway Nuclear Plant. Our inspection of your technical concerns has been completed and is discussed in paragraph 4.b. of the enclosed inspection report.

Your other concerns at the Surrey and Wolf Creek Nuclear plants were forwarded to the Nuclear Regulatory Comission's Region II and IV offices, respectively.

Those offices will be contacting you separately.

Your cooperation with the Nuclear Regulatory Comission Region III office was
