SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-483/99-302
Dear Mr. Randolph:
This refers to the inspection conducted on April 16,1999, an operator licensing inspection was
conducted at the Callaway Plant facility. The enclosed report presents the results of this
inspection.
The inspection included an evaluation of an applicant for a reactor operator license. This was a
licensee-authored retake written examination only that did not involve an NRC site visit. We
determined that the applicant satisfied the requirements of 10 CFR Part 55, and his license has
been issued.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
