Gentlemen:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Request for Additional Information, Containment Purge / Vent Review In Reference (1), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) was requested to provide additional information concerning the operability of the 6-inch containment purge and vent valves at Millstone Unit No. 2 by October 12,1983.
In preparing our response to Reference (1), it has become apparent that additional time is required to complete this item. As such, it is NNECO's intention to provide this information by October 26, 1983. The Millstone Unit No. 2 Project Manager has been made aware of our revised submittal date and has agreed with this decision.
