DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT UNIT 1 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 LICENSEE EVENT REPORT 86-038-00 VALVE LEAKAGE RESULTS IN HI CONTAINMENT RAD LEVELS AND ESF ACTUATIONS The enclosed Licensee Event Report is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(iv) concerning a Containment Purge Isolation Signal and a Control Room Ventilation Isolation due to increased gaseous radioactivity levels in containment. The increased levels occurred when primary coolant from the Reactor Coolant Drain Tank entered a floor drain trench when a relief valve lifted. The relief valve lifted due to packing leakage from a block valve for a pressurizer power operated relief valve.
