This revision is submitted to clarify the scope of the original reviews performed for corrective action number three specified in LER 98-001-00. Subsequently, additional reviews of technical specification amendments issued since January 1,1993 have been perfonned to more restrictive criteria. These reviews identified a case of failure to properly establish equipment operability within the allowed implementation period. This concern has been documented in LER 99-001-00 and is mentioned in the corrective action section of this LER for completeness.
