'This letter is'to provide TVA's response to the notice of violation transmitted in the subject report. The report was sent from B. A. Wilson to 0.'D. Kingsley, Jr., dated November 8, 1989, which cited TVA with two violations.

The violation responses are provided in the enclosure and reflect that TVA's corrective actions are complete. This information is being sent by registered mail. The-signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and acknowledge that it contains safeguards material and should be withheld from public disclosure as defined by 10 CFR 73.21.
