public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in Washington, DC 20555, in the PDR docket file for the Nine Mile Point plant.

Enclosed is a copy of the notice that provides procedures and charges for obtaining copies of records from the PDR in order that you may obtain copies of the report and transcript of your testimony (exhibit 71) and any other exhibits in which you may be interested.
