Adequacy of Main Steam Isolation Valve Testing at Nine Mile Point Unit 2 This letter is a followup to telephone discussions we had on October 24 'and 27, 1986 in which you expressed concerns related to adequacy of Main Steam Isolation Valve Testing at Nine Mile Point Unit 2.
We are taking actions to examine the facts and circumstances of your concern and we will inform you of our findings.
Let me assure you that every effort will be made to resolve your concerns.
