Allegations Against Shoreham and Nine Mile Point Unit 2 This refers to your letter to Mr. Richard W. Starosteckt of this office dated September 26, 1986 indicating that you were not satit fled with our responses to your allegations about activities at the subject facilities. We regret that you were not satisfied with our actions on these matters, as described in our July 9,1985 and July 11, 1985 letters.

We request that you provide us with a copy of your March 5,1985 deposition with all of the errors that you alluded to in your letter indicated on the copy, in order for us to evaluate them and determine if additional action is warranted.

It would appear that the other points in your letter are your general opinions.

Unless ycu can provide us with more specific information supporting those
