Dear Mr. Wenner:
This is in response to your letter dated September 26, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0I A), a copy of NRC Investigation Report I-84-014, which was prepared by NRC's Office of Investigations.
During a September 30, 1985, telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you were informed that all Office of Investigations' records involving the Nine Mile Point investigation were addressed in a September 12, 1985, letter to Ms. Pillie P. Garde of the Government Accountability Project in partial response to her request F01A-85-613. A copy of that letter is enclosed. For your information, the staff was unable to provide a completion date for the final report.
