Description:

Subject, Post Weld Heat Treat Thermocouples.

Item #1.

Enclosed are the test results of the eleven (11) thermocouples checked by the CP Co. Cal. Lab in Jackson MI.

Item #2.

Prior to December 1982, 615 thermocouples were purchased for use on the Midland Nuclear Project.

Enclosed are C of C's and P 0's for Field Material Request No,'s 1517, 1562, 1597, and 1757 which accounts for 225 thermocouples.

l Bechtel Receiving has been in contact with those thermocouple suppliers (which j

are still in business) and are attempting to get replacement C of C's.
