concerns will be looked into by OIA as part of an agency-wide audit of the NRC's allegation management practices. At the present time, I consider OIA's audit a satisfactory response to Mr. Parks'. concerns and do not believe a separate investigation is warranted. If, during the course of the audit, additional information is uncovered which indicates an investigation of Region Y practices is desirable, I would expect DIA to initiate such an investigation.
