Mr. Ebersole's January 24th memorandum to you regarding Diablo Canyon I brought the matter to Mr. Ebersole's attention because I believed it relevant to his then planned visit to Diablo.

This is not a new set of allegations.

Region V has been aware of their substance since December and I believe they are being considered as part of Region V's current inquiry.
