SECY 84 CONSIDERATION OF THE COMPLICATING EFFECTS OF EARTHQUAKES ON EMERGENCY PLANNING AT DIABLO CANYON The Commission is being asked to decide how to proceed with consideration of the complicating effects of earthquakes on emergency planning.

No commissioners have acted on this paper to date.

A majority of the Commission (Chairman Palladino, Commissioners Gilinsky and Roberts) have indicated that they will be unable to vote on this paper in sufficient time for affirmation today. Accordingly, this item is being gagggd from the I
