TELEPHONE CONTACT WITH TOM DEVINE, GAP By telephone conversation November 1,1984 Tom Devine requested that I advise him whether his client Mr. Zouhair Elawar, has succeeded in getting his concerns into our Of ablo Canyon allegation tracking system. He said Mr. Elawar checked SSER's 22 and 26 and could not find reference to his allegation. Mr. Devine said his' client's concern had to do with errors in the "FLUD computer code calcuations for high energy line breaks". He

. I told him I would check into the matter and try to get back to hie

Friday, November 2nd.

After consulting with Dennis Xtrsch, I called Mr. Devine late morning, November 2nd. He was not in but returned ay call around 2:30 p.m. the same day.
