QA Branch is completing its review (expected to be complete by October 26,1984) of Amendment 56 to the QAP, which may require issuance of an SER supplement, and L

Staff must complete its review of the Q-List, which has been updated in Amendment 59.

Wolf Creek QA reviews are complete, with no outstanding items. However, one area of potential future impact involves a Construction Self Assessment (CSA) of the Wolf Creek plant which was perfonned by Delian Corporation under contract to Kansas Gas and Electric Company. That self assessment was perfonned from June through August 1984. Region IV has requested that IE conduct a special inspection and evaluation of the Delian Corporation assessment and the licen-see's related corrective actions. An IE team is being fonned and wi'il be at the Wolf Creek Site about October 22 for a planned two week inspection and evaluation. Any significant construction deficiencies identified during the If team inspection would require further actions prior to licensing of the plant.
