i As of October 31, 1984, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received a total of 1480 allegations pertaining to Diablo Canyon. j- ,

The Commission was previously advised that the staff had reviewed these

( allegations up through 1404 to determine whether any required resolution

• i prior to issuance of full-power license. Since that time, an additional _

76 allegations have been reviewed and entered into the Diablo Canyon Allegation Management System. Of the 76, 31 have been assigned to Region V L

for resolution responsibility, s {-

! Region V has reviewed these 31 allegations and determined that resolut' ion of these issues need not be completed prior to the issuance of the full- /

-l power operating license for Diablo Canyon Unit 1.
