SUBJECT:
DIABLO CANTON ALLEGATIONS ASSIGNED TO NUCLEAR REACTOR REGULATION FOR' RESOLUTION An Allegation Review Board, on December -20,1984, dete,rmined that Allggation Numbers 1505 and 1506 were assigned to Region V for resolution responsibility.
These allegations are related to the storage and potential for sabotage of chlorine tanks at the Diablo Canyon Intake Structure. The allegations were contained in the Michael Thompson affidavit submitted by CAP to the Commission on November 1,1984 (Attachment 1), pages 10..and 11, Items 17 and 18.

The Region V staff. has conducted preliminaryTMvaluations of Allegation Numbers 1505 and 1506 and concluded that these issues' address concerns which, most properly, require NRR evaluation. Accordingly. Allegations 1505 and 1506 are transferred to NRR for closecut responsibility.
