Tl2515/122; EVALUATION OF ROSEMOUNT PRESSURE -
TRANSMITTER PERFORMANCE AND LICENSEE ENHANCED SURVEILLANCE PROGRAMS; MULTI-PLANT ACTION B-122 Tl 2515/122 directed the regions to verify that the enhanced surveillance monitoring programs recommended by Supplement 1 to NRC Bulletin 90-01 and implemented by licensees are effective. Additional guidance in a memorandum dated July 5,1994, from Bruce Boger of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to Thomas P.
Gwynn of Region IV, provided a reduction in the Tl 2515/122 inspection effort for those licensees who had replaced their pre-July 11,1989, Rosemount transmitter i
Models 1153B,'1153D, and 1154 with post-July 11,1989, transmitters. Due to this reduction in effort, this Tl was not performed at the following sites: Diablo Canyon, Units 1 and 2; Fort Calhoun Station Palo Verde, Units 1,2, and 3; River Bend Station; j
San Onofre, Units 2 and 3; and Waterford 3. Per your direction we will update the Safety Issues Management System (SIMS) to show "NA" in the " VERIFY COMPLETE" column and reference the assession number of this memorandum in the " INSPECTION REPORT NUMBERS" column for these plants.
