APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the ' Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to this license be amended to revise _ the Containment Structural- Integrity Surveillance -Specification 4.6.1.6.1 to add the wording contained in the Standard Technical Specifications.

The proposed Technical Specification changes are set forth in Attachments A. to this- Application. A safety Analysis and No Significant Hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B. Typed replacement pages for the Technical Specifications are contained on Attachment C.

WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to this Operating License be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
