BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66  !

BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 License Amendment Request Nos. 220 and 88 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Duquesne Light Company requests an amendment to the above licenses in the form of changes to the technical specifications and a Unit 1 operating license condition. The proposed amendment will revise Limiting Safety System Settings (LSSS) 2.2.1 and associated Table 2.2-1. Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) 3.3.2.1 and associated Table 3.3-4 would also be revised. This change includes revising non-conservative trip supoints and allowable values. Also, this change  ;

'will define certain trip setpoints as " nominal values" and remove the inequality sign from the specified trip setpoint. In addition, certain Bases sections would be revised to reflect changes made to LSSS 2.2.1 and LCO 3.3.2.1. Miscellaneous editorial changes to the Technical Specifications and Bases section are also included in this proposed j amendment.  !

For BVPS Unit No. I only, the proposed amendment will delete certain references to two-loop plant operation and loop stop valve position including License Condition ,

2.C.(3). Tables 3.3-3 and 4.3-2 would also be revised to reflect the deletion of l Functional Unit 7.d.  !

Proposed license condition and technical specification changes for Unit No. I and Unit

' No. 2 are presented in Attachments A-1 and A-2, respectively. The safety analysis ,

(including the no significant hazards evaluation) is presented in Attachment B. l l
