This refers to the routine safety inspeccion conducted by Mr. G. M. France, III of this office on Decertber 7-9, 1987, of activities at the Sequoyah Fuels Corporation Cimarron Facility authorized by NRC Special Nuclear Materials Licenses No. SNM-920 and No. SNM-1174 and to the discussion of our findings with Messrs. Adkisson and Norwood and other members of Sequoyah Fuels Cimarron ;
staff at the conclusion of the inspection. .
The enciesed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during the inspection. Witnin these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, ard interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 1.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
