l In accordance'with the request contained in your letter dated February 19, 1987 and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-928 is hereby amended (Amendment No. 05) to l

extend the schedule for terminating decontamination activities, and to extend the expiration date of the license.

All other conditions of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-928 shall remain the same.

l Additionally, we-understand that should you exhume any radioactive pyrophoric materials at your thorium-uranium waste burial site, you will notify us by i telephone of these findings with a brief description on how you plan to recover / dispose of these materials.
