In accordance with your application dated July 31, 1987, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70 Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1174 is hereby amended (Amendment No. 05) to delete possession of sealed sources, to modify possession limits of special nuclear material, and to delete the licensing requirement for nuclear criticality control of special nuclear material.
You were previously informed by this office on March 2, 1988, that NMSS will make a separate resolution on your request to delete security and safeguards requirements from your license.
All other conditions of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1174 shall
. remain the same.
