Dear Dr. Stauter:
In accordance with your application dated September 11, 1991, and follow up letter of June 24, 1992, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-928 is hereby amended.
Item 20 was amended to extend the completion date of the decommissioning project, and items 22.a through 22.e were added to authorize backfilling of two sanitary lagoons and the former burial ground at-the Cimarron Corporation's Crescent, Oklahoma site.
These areas are to be remediated in the manner described in your license amendment application, and returned to normal topography and usage.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
