Dear Mr. Rouse:

Sequoyah Fuels Corporation (SFC) submitted a license amendment application on September 4, 1988, to allow onsite disposition of contaminated soil at the Cimarron Facility. A letter from NRC dated December 29, 1987, requested additional idormation relating to SFC's auendment application. This information was provided to MRC on March 21, 1988. In a recent dir,cussion you have indicated that SFC needs to clarify several key . points in our submittal relating to the locations where soils will remain in-situ or be relocated onsite in accordanca with Options 1 and 2 of the Branch Technical Position. M address these points, both of our previous suomittals 8'j have been revised and are attached for your consideration. A June 1988/Rev. 1 f note has been placed at the bottom of each page and the changes identified by a ,/ ) line in the right hand margin to assure that the revision is properly s m 1!I identifiable. The figures, maps, exhibits and attachments included with the V' provicus submittals are not included with this submittal as they remain ,I unchanged.
