Appraisal Appendix A Significant Preparedness Deficiencies Closed (Closed) Open Item (458/8435-04): The NRC inspector reviewed changes to the Emergency Plan (hereafter referred to as the Plan) in Amendment 16 and the Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures (EIPs). The Plan and the EIPs appeared to be consistent in designation of the emergency response organization with only minor differences note (Closed' Open Item (458/8435-10): GSU had established a system assigning

qualified personnel to the emergency response organizatio Procedure EPP-2-202, " Emergency Response Organization," under development at the time of the inspection, required that a memorandum approved by the Vice President, RBNG be issued quarterly assigning personnel to the emergency organizatio The first memorandum was approved during the inspection perio At least two or more individuals had completed required training fcr each position listed.
