EXAMINATION REPORT 348/0L-86-01 The NRC administered examinations on February 19, 1986, to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Farley Nuclear Plant. At the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings on the simulator examinations were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided as Enclosure 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and Enclosure 1 will be placed in NRC's Public Document Room. Enclosure 2 is exempt from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a) and will not be sent to the Public Document Room.
