Dear Mr. Morey:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. M. J. Ajiuni of your staff and myself on January 19,1999, conceming an informational meeting which has been scheduled for l January 29,1999, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., EST. The meeting will be held at the NRC Region 11 Office, located in the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center,61 Forsyth Street, SW, Atlanta, GA. This meeting is a closed meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement"(September 20,1994; 59 FR 48340). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss security related issues at the Farley Nuclear Plant. Due to the sensitive nature of the issues to be discussed the meeting will not be open for public attendance.
